  • ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪಿ.ಒ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ 2025-26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಪೂರ್ವ-ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ತರಬೇತಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಈ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

  • The Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka, has invited applications for free pre-examination training for the UPSC Civil Services and Banking P.O. competitive examinations for the 2025-26 academic year.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು / Eligibility Criteria
  • ನಿವಾಸಿ: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಖಾಯಂ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
  • ವರ್ಗ: ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳಾದ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1, 2(ಎ), 3(ಎ) ಹಾಗೂ 3(ಬಿ) ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿರಬೇಕು.
  • ಆದಾಯ ಮಿತಿ: ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಒಟ್ಟು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ. 5.00 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು.
  • ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ: ಅಂಗೀಕೃತ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.
  • ವಯೋಮಿತಿ (15.06.2025ಕ್ಕೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವಂತೆ):
    • ಯು.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆ: ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 21 ವರ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 31 ವರ್ಷ.
    • ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪಿ.ಒ.: ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 21 ವರ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 27 ವರ್ಷ.
  • ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ:
    • 2005ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ SSLC ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದವರು ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ/ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
    • CBSE, ICSE ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ/ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
  • Residency: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
  • Category: Candidates must belong to Backward Classes Category-1, 2(A), 3(A), or 3(B).
  • Income Limit: The total annual family income of the candidate should not exceed ₹5.00 lakh for Category-1, 2(A), 3(A), and 3(B).
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a degree from a recognized university.
  • Age Limit (as of 15.06.2025):
    • UPSC Civil Services: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 31 years.
    • Banking P.O.: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 27 years.
  • 10th Class Mark Sheet:
    • Candidates who passed SSLC before 2005 must visit the nearest District/Taluk Backward Classes Welfare Officer’s office with their original 10th-grade mark sheet to enter the details before applying.
    • Karnataka State candidates who passed 10th grade from CBSE, ICSE, or other states must visit the nearest District/Taluk Backward Classes Welfare Officer’s office with their original 10th-grade mark sheet to enter the details before applying.

  • ತರಬೇತಿ ಪುನರಾವರ್ತನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ: ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪೂರ್ವ-ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  • ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲ: ಕೇಂದ್ರ/ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ/ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ/ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ನೌಕರರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  • ಒಂದು ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವಕಾಶ: ಯು.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪಿ.ಒ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
  • No Repeat Training: Candidates who have previously received pre-examination training for any competitive exam from the Backward Classes Welfare Department are not eligible to re-apply or receive training again.
  • Exclusion for Government Employees: Employees of Central/State Government/Aided Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings are not eligible to apply or receive training under this program.
  • One Training Per Candidate: Candidates should submit only one application for either UPSC Civil Services or Banking P.O. competitive examination training. Only one training opportunity will be provided per candidate.
  • Training Duration:
    • UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary & Main Examination, General Studies, 1 Optional Subject, and personal interview): 7-9 months.
    • Banking P.O. (Comprehensive subjects for Banking P.O. recruitment exam): Minimum 3 months.
ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಅವಧಿ / Training Duration
    • ಯು.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆ (ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ): 7-9 ತಿಂಗಳು.
    • ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪಿ.ಒ. (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಸಮಗ್ರ ವಿಷಯಗಳು): ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 3 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳು.
    • UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary & Main Examination, General Studies, 1 Optional Subject, and personal interview): 7-9 months.
    • Banking P.O. (Comprehensive subjects for Banking P.O. recruitment exam): Minimum 3 months.
ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ಗಮನಿಸಿ / Application Submission Notes
    • ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಯ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು JPG/JPEG format ನಲ್ಲಿ (1 MB ಒಳಗೆ) ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
    • ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಯ ವಿವರಗಳು (ಹೆಸರು, ಶಾಖೆ, ಖಾತೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, IFSC ಕೋಡ್) ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆ ಆಧಾರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.
    • A recent passport-size photograph of the candidate must be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format (within 1 MB).
    • Candidates must compulsorily enter their bank account details (bank name, branch, account number, IFSC code) in the designated place on the application. The bank account should be linked to their Aadhaar number and be active.
ಆಯ್ಕೆ ವಿಧಾನ / Selection Process
    • ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
    • ಯು.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪಿ.ಒ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಯಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ 100 ಅಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಹು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿರುವ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.
    • ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಗಳು, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ (ಪ್ರವರ್ಗವಾರು, ವಿಶೇಷಚೇತನ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳೆ), ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ವಯ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
    • Common Entrance Examinations will be conducted.
    • Separate common entrance examinations will be held for UPSC Civil Services and Banking P.O. training, each for 100 marks with multiple-choice questions, based on the syllabus prescribed by the respective examination authorities.
    • Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the common entrance examination conducted by the Backward Classes Welfare Department, reservation (category-wise, differently-abled, and women), allocated seats for various institutions, and government guidelines, after verification of original documents through counseling.
ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ / • Entrance Exam Information
  • ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಸಮಯ, ಸ್ಥಳದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖಾ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು
  • The date, time, and venue of the common entrance examination will be published later on the Backward Classes Welfare Department website. Candidates should regularly check the website for updates.
ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ನಂತರ / Post-Application
  • ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದು, ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಎಡಿಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಡಿಲೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಿಂಟ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
  • Once the application is submitted, there will be no option to edit or delete it. Candidates should take a printout of the application and keep it for their records.
ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ / Incorrect Information
  • ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅನರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಎಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
  • Applications with incorrect or incomplete information will be rejected. Appropriate action will be taken if a candidate is found to have provided false information or is ineligible at any stage.
